About JEE?
JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination. It is a national-level engineering entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in India. The exam is held twice every year, in January and June.
JEE is a two-stage exam:

About NEET?
NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The NEET exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) every year in May. The exam is a computer-based test and consists of 180 multiple-choice questions. The questions are divided into three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours.
To be eligible for the NEET exam, a student must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized board of education. The student must also have scored a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

About MHT-CET?
MHT-CET, or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test, is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Government of Maharashtra for admission to undergraduate engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture courses in the state. The exam is administered by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.
The MHT-CET is a computer-based test (CBT) and is conducted in two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 is for students who have completed their Class 12th from a recognized board in Maharashtra, while Phase 2 is for students who have completed their Class 12th from a recognized board outside Maharashtra.
The MHT-CET is a challenging exam and requires a good understanding of the Class 11th and 12th syllabus. Students who are planning to take the MHT-CET should start preparing early and should take mock tests to get a feel for the exam.
The MHT-CET results are declared in June and the admission process for undergraduate engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture courses in the state of Maharashtra begins in July.
